產品保養登記-條款及細則

此保養登記只適用於香港或澳門特約經銷商購買的盈豐拓展(亞洲)有限公司代理的產品 (“本產品”),並享有下列之保養條款。

(一) 此保養必須連同香港或澳門特約經銷商發出之正式購貨收據及保養標貼,於維修時一併出示予服務中心,方可享有保修服務。

(二) 如本產品需要檢驗或修理,客戶須跟據以下(四)(1)及(四)(2)之條款,將本產品送往服務中心。

(三) 保修期為購買發票日期起計算,不同的品牌及產品提供的年期將會不同,保修期內可獲免費維修(零件及人工)。

(四) 保修服務:
(1)    如本產品需要檢驗或修理,客戶須將本產品送往當地服務中心,並出示保養標貼及正式購貨收據;當產品維修妥當後,於同一地點取回。
(2)    本保修服務並不適用於以下情況:
(甲) 於運輸或處理期間,發生的延誤或所導致之故障及事故。
(乙) 因錯誤操作、不正常使用、疏忽使用、或對產品作出除在操作說明書描述的以外任何用途所導致之故障。
(丙) 火災、地震、洪水、閃電或者其他自然災害,不正常供電、電壓不正常,戰爭或者其他干擾(革命、暴亂等等),而導致機件操作失靈;未能預見到的事故,或產品製造者、銷售公司,服務中心控制範圍之外的因素,所引起的其他干擾。
(丁) 曾經被非服務中心技術員(包括客戶)明顯地或非明顯地改裝、更改、改換或修理。
(戊) 產品的機身編號曾被更換、塗改或移除。
(己) 客戶必需經常地或在通知維修前,自行將資料備份;所有在機內或機外記憶體內之資料,因機件故障或修理時遺失,本公司概不負責有關之修復。
(3) 如因缺件,零件之進口/出口限制或其他不可預見之情況,而引致修理延誤或修理不能進行,盈豐拓展(亞洲)有限公司、經銷商及生產商恕不負責。
(4) 保修不包括改裝產品以符合當地之安全條例,如電壓、廣播系統或電力裝置。建議顧客於購買前,必須先行了解清楚當地之實際情況。
(5) 因使用本產品而引致之任何損失,本公司恕不負責。

(五) 盈豐拓展(亞洲)有限公司、生產商、經銷商及/或服務中心對客戶因使用本產品之任何直接、間接或隨之發生之損失或損毀,恕不負責。

(六) 如本規範之中英文版本有差異時,應以英文版本為準。

(七) 所有條款及細則如有任何更改,恕不另行通知。如有任何爭議,盈豐拓展(亞洲)有限公司保留最終決定權。

 

 

Product Warranty Registration – Terms & Conditions

This warranty shall cover products which distributed by Innovation Consultant (Asia) Limited (supplied herewith “the product”) purchased at Authorized Dealers in Hong Kong / Macau and used in Hong Kong & Macau and guarantee after-sales servicing at the Authorized Service Centre under the following terms and conditions.

(1) This warranty service is offered only when the Warranty Label together with a valid purchase receipt is presented to an Authorized Service Centre.

(2) This warranty covers defects due to faulty design, workmanship or materials. Purchasers shall take or send the product requiring servicing to an Authorized Service Centre pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth in sections 4i) and 4ii) of the Terms and Conditions below.

(3) The warranty period is 1 year for free parts and free repairing service from the date of purchase of the product. For the exact offered warranty period. Please refer to the Warranty Label on the packing box.

(4) Obtaining warranty service:
i) The products must be taken or sent directly to an Authorized Service Centre along with the duly issued Warranty Label and a valid purchase receipt.
ii) Where the purchaser opts to send the product to an Authorized Service Centre for warranty service, the purchaser should contact the centre for information and instruction.
*After obtaining such information the product shall be sent at the purchaser’s risk and expense plus prepaid return postage together with a detailed explanation of the technical problem, the Warranty Certificate Card and a valid purchase receipt.
iii) The warranty shall not apply to the following:
a) Malfunction or damage resulting from accidents which occur during transit and/or handling.
b) Malfunction or damage due to product misuse, improper use, abuse or negligence by the customer, or to any use of the product other than that described in the operating instruction manual.
c) Malfunction or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning or any other natural disaster, abnormal voltage, war or any other disturbance (revolution, riot, etc.), unforeseen accidents, or any other external factors beyond the control of the manufacturer, the sales company that sold the product, or the Authorized Service Centre.
d) Products repaired, adjusted, rebuilt, changed or converted by any person (including the customer) other than an Authorized Service Centre.
e) Products whose serial numbers have been changed, tampered with or removed.
f) All customer setting, data and information in memory device will be clear or reset, customers are responsible to back up before sending in for checking or repairing.
iv) Neither the Authorized Service Centre nor Innovation Consultant (Asia) Limited that sold the product nor the manufacturer or any of its affiliates shall be responsible for any delay in repairs in the event that the Authorized Service Centre does not have the parts in stock necessary for the warranty servicing of the product, since the product was purchased overseas and parts may have to be ordered from one of the manufacturer’s overseas factories. Moreover neither the Authorized Service Centre nor Innovation Consultant (Asia) Limited that sold the product nor the manufacturer which supplies the necessary parts shall be liable for warranty service if the requested repair is impossible due to import/export restrictions on the parts necessary for the repair and/or other regulations or unforeseen circumstances rendering the requested repair impossible.
v) Requests cannot be accepted to rebuild, change, convert, or adjust products to conform to the safety standards, voltage, broadcast system, or electrical conditions of the country or region where the product is to be used. It is strongly recommended that the purchaser investigate these local technical and safety factors before the purchase for use in a country other than the country/area of purchase.
vi) No responsibility shall be assumed for indirect damages or loss concerning the product.

(5) THE MANUFACTURER, INNOVATION CONSULTANT (ASIA) LIMITED AND/OR THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITAITON, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER, INNOVATION CONSULTANT (ASIA) LIMITED AND/OR THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE BE LIABLE TO THE USER FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

(6) All Terms and Conditions stated are subject to change without notice. Innovation Consultant (Asia) Limited retains final deciding authority in case of dispute.
